  • HOW DO I PURCHASE A MALLY LEATHER BAG?
    Mally Leather Bags are exclusively available online at www.mally.co.za. When you have decided which colour Mally Leather Bag will suit you best, click on the "Add to cart" button. You can click on the shopping trolley icon to view your order and make sure it is correct before proceeding to the checkout page. You will be given the total amount due, as well as instructions on how to pay. You will also receive a confirmation email with all these details. Once you email us your payment details to mally@mally.co.za, we will dispatch your order and email you a tracking number.
     
  • WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
    Delivery in South Africa is FREE. All international orders have a fixed shipping rate.
     
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MALLY LEATHER BAGS ACCEPT?
    We accept most plastic (Mastercard & Visa) as well as EFT and bank deposits.
     
  • WHERE DOES MALLY LEATHER BAGS SHIP TO?
    All areas within South Africa as well as International.
     
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MALLY LEATHER BAG?
    The following areas are shipped to via Fastway Couriers within 48 - 72 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends): Cape Town, George, Durban, Johannesburg, Klerksdorp, Polokwane, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Harrismith, Witbank, Vereeniging & Rustenburg. All other orders as well as International orders are sent by post to your closest Post Office (4-10 working days).
    If the bag you ordered is out of stock, add one week to the delivery time.
     
  • HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
    After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order, however, the order will only be processed once we have received your proof of payment. Please ensure that you send this to mally@mally.co.za as soon as possible to facilitate a speedy response.
     
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Yes! Your tracking number and all relevant details will be emailed to you as soon as the order has been dispatched. For Fastway deliveries, go to www.fastway.co.za and type your tracking number on their home page. For Post Office deliveries, go to www.sapo.co.za or phone 0860 111 502 with your tracking number handy.
     
  • DO YOU HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?
    Bags can be exchanged within 7 days, provided it is in original condition, but please note that delivery costs to return the bag to us will be for your own expense. We will gladly fix any faulty bags, but we will not cover damages caused by improper care or natural wear and tear.
     
  • HOW TO EXCHANGE MY MALLY LEATHER BAG?
    We will gladly fix any faulty bags,but will not cover damages caused by improper care ( please view our leather care page) or natural wear and tare.If you need to exchange/repair your Mally Bag, please send it back to our warehouse. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair your bag at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items. We will cover the delivery back. Please contact us for the postal address.
