1. Competition Overview

Mally Leather Bags is giving one lucky participant the opportunity to win the products in their abandoned checkout, up to a maximum retail value of R3,000.

Participation is free, and no purchase or payment is required.

2. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

Visit www.mally.co.za during the competition period.
Browse the website and add one or more products to their shopping cart.
Proceed to the checkout page.
Enter their full name, valid email address and any additional contact information required to identify their checkout.
Leave the checkout without completing payment or placing an order.

IMPORTANT: Simply adding products to your cart does not qualify as an entry. You must proceed to checkout, enter your details and leave without completing your purchase.

Your checkout must be successfully captured and identifiable in the Mally Leather Bags Shopify system to qualify.

3. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Entries must be recorded between 1 November 2026 at 00:00 and 22 November 2026 at 23:59, South African Standard Time.
Only one entry per participant is permitted.
Multiple abandoned checkouts do not provide additional chances of winning.
Where multiple eligible checkouts are recorded for one participant, the earliest qualifying checkout will be used as their competition entry and prize reference.
Participants must provide accurate contact information.
A shopping cart that does not proceed to checkout does not qualify.
Checkouts completed as purchases are not qualifying abandoned checkouts.
Fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries may be disqualified following reasonable verification.
Employees, directors, agents and other persons excluded under applicable promotional competition law may not participate.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive the eligible Mally Leather Bags products recorded in their qualifying abandoned checkout, up to a maximum combined product value of R3,000 (three thousand rand).

The following conditions apply:

If the qualifying checkout contains products valued at R3,000 or less, the winner will receive those products, subject to availability.
If the qualifying checkout exceeds R3,000, the winner may select products from that checkout up to the maximum value of R3,000.
The R3,000 limit applies to the products awarded and excludes delivery costs, which will be covered by Mally Leather Bags.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit or a gift voucher.
Any unused portion of the R3,000 prize value will be forfeited.
The prize is non-transferable.
The prize is subject to product availability. If a selected product is unavailable, Mally Leather Bags will offer an appropriate replacement of equal or greater value, subject to the overall prize limit.
No payment is required from the winner to claim or receive the prize.

The prize will be delivered free of charge to one valid South African delivery address supplied by the winner.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible competition entries.

The draw will take place on 23 November 2026, with independent oversight and certification in accordance with applicable South African promotional competition regulations.

Each eligible participant will have an equal chance of winning.

Mally Leather Bags will verify the selected entry against its Shopify records before confirming the winner.

6. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided during checkout.

The winner must respond within three business days of the initial notification.

If the selected winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified or is found to be ineligible, Mally Leather Bags may select an alternative winner through a further random draw, subject to applicable law.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and South African residency before receiving the prize.

The winner will not be required to make any payment to claim their prize.

The winner may decline participation in publicity or promotional activities without forfeiting their prize.

7. Entry Verification

All qualifying entries will be verified using the Mally Leather Bags Shopify checkout records.

A valid entry must include:

A checkout created during the competition period.
At least one eligible Mally Leather Bags product.
Sufficient contact information to identify the participant.
A checkout that remains incomplete and qualifies as an abandoned checkout.
Compliance with the eligibility and entry requirements.

Mally Leather Bags may investigate and exclude entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent or invalid.

8. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information collected during checkout will be processed for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Mally Leather Bags Privacy Policy.

Entering this competition does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications. Where required, marketing consent must be obtained separately.

The winner's name, photograph or other identifying information will not be used for promotional purposes without appropriate consent.

9. General Conditions

Mally Leather Bags reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, with appropriate notice to participants.
The promoter is not responsible for technical failures beyond its reasonable control that prevent a checkout from being recorded, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
The promoter's decisions regarding entry validation and prize administration will be made fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
The competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
The full Terms & Conditions will be available free of charge on www.mally.co.za throughout the competition period.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, subject to participants' statutory rights.
